The Vital Points videos offer a systematic and practical approach to learning about vital points, and how to use them to your advantage in different fighting situations.
The second video deals with the 16 most important points when it comes to seizing, pressing or rubbing specific targets. Learning the concepts in this video will help you to optimise the effect of your techniques, and even if the presentation is geared more towards self-defence, the lessons learned can to some extent be applied to sport fighting as well.
The video contains detailed explanations, along with photos that show pressure point meridians and the precise location of each vital point. All the separate techniques are put together into a compact flow drill, which works as a great tool for remembering the locations of the points and how they can be attacked.
All techniques are shown in both normal speed and slow-motion. Explanations and voice-over are in English.
